Experience
Years on the other side
of the table
Before private practice, Andre spent his career inside the agencies that examine and enforce. That experience now goes to work for taxpayers.
Civil Examinations
As an IRS Revenue Agent, worked directly with hundreds of business owners and individual taxpayers on examinations, applying the tax code to reach fair outcomes across a broad range of compliance matters.
Criminal Tax Investigations
As an IRS Special Agent, investigated tax evasion under 26 U.S.C. § 7201 and related statutes. That background helps spot early when a civil matter carries criminal exposure and when to bring in tax counsel.
How the IRS Reconstructs Income
Built income reconstructions using the bank deposits, net worth, and source-and-application-of-funds methods. Clients facing these methods get an advisor who knows where they are strong and where they break down.
New York State Investigations
